MISSION STATEMENT
To establish partnerships to provide Haitian and Haitian American victims of renal and urological diseases with preventive measures, sustained treatment, public and professional health education, screenings, research and corresponding medical materials and equipment to hospitals and clinics in the Republic of Haiti.
VISION
The eradication of kidney disease in the Republic of Haiti by providing adequate medically professional access to the treatment and education of all Haitians at risk for kidney disease.
